Cancellation and Returns Policy

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds can be requested for our travel services, including tours, packages, and other bookings. By booking a tour or travel service with Lisun Tours & Travels, you agree to the following terms:


1. Cancellations by the Customer

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process. The following cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

Tour Packages:

  • More than 30 days before the departure date: You will receive a full refund, minus a [X%] cancellation fee or a flat processing fee of [Amount].
  • 15-30 days before the departure date: You will be refunded [Y%] of the total cost of the tour package, minus a cancellation fee of [Amount].
  • 7-14 days before the departure date: You will be refunded [Z%] of the total cost of the tour package, minus a cancellation fee of [Amount].
  • Less than 7 days before the departure date: No refund will be provided.

Hotel Bookings:

  • More than 14 days before the check-in date: You will receive a full refund, minus a [X%] cancellation fee or a flat processing fee of [Amount].
  • 7-14 days before the check-in date: You will be refunded [Y%] of the total cost of the booking.
  • Less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund will be provided.

Flight Bookings:

Flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Any cancellations made through Lisun Tours & Travels will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policies, and fees may apply. If we are unable to recover a refund from the airline, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Other Services (Transportation, Excursions, etc.):

  • More than 7 days before the service date: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of [Amount].
  • Less than 7 days before the service date: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellations by Lisun Tours & Travels

In the rare event that Lisun Tours & Travels must cancel or modify a tour or travel service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic-related issues, etc.), we will provide you with the following options:

  • Rescheduling: You may choose to reschedule your tour or service for another date at no additional charge.
  • Refund: If rescheduling is not possible or not convenient, you will be offered a full refund for the amount paid for the affected services.

We are not responsible for any other costs or damages incurred due to a cancellation by Lisun Tours & Travels (e.g., accommodation, flights, personal expenses).


3. Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)

In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or other extraordinary events beyond our control), Lisun Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. In such cases:

  • Refunds: We will offer a partial or full refund based on the situation and third-party policies (e.g., airlines, hotels). However, we cannot be held liable for any additional expenses incurred by the customer due to these events.
  • Rescheduling: If rescheduling is possible, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you on another date.

4. Refund Process

6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour or service (a “no-show”), you will not be entitled to a refund, and no changes to the booking will be permitted. We recommend arriving on time for all tours and services.
